We recommend placing orders at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for larger sets or detailed custom designs. Holiday seasons book up faster — reach out as early as possible.
Do you offer gluten-free cookies?

Yes! Gluten-free cookies are available on request. Please mention it when you submit your order so we can plan ingredients accordingly.
How much do custom cookies cost?

Pricing depends on quantity, design complexity, and packaging. Once we receive your order request, Kenda will reply with a personalized quote.
Do you deliver in the Okanagan?

Local pickup is available in Kelowna. Delivery within the Kelowna area can be arranged for an additional fee — just ask when you place your order.
Can I order cookies for a corporate event or wedding?

Absolutely. We regularly bake for weddings, corporate gifts, and large celebrations. Branded logo cookies and themed sets are a specialty.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?

Our cookies stay fresh for up to 2 weeks when stored in a cool, dry place in their sealed packaging. They also freeze beautifully for longer storage.
